Regarding the restaurants on stilts out over the Bay well if there is some local politician bound to make a busload full of baht, it will be demolished...BUT HOPEFULLY ,IF THERE ARE SOME POLITICIANS who have aesthetical values, then it will continue to harmonise the Hua Hin center coastal area .

I love your attention to details. My desire to live in Thailand is mostly because of your videos. Unfortunately I have to watch the video several times in order to catch everything that you're filming. There's so much to unpack. Can you make a few short videos highlighting just a few hot spots at a time. (Maybe two or three hotels along with what's around those hotels), (the old building are fascinating but because of time and the losing of daylight, you have to blow by them. (Jacks has a lot of great history and looks like tons of fun and your narrative is far superior than other RUclips vbloggers). That's three videos that could get you a ton of viewers and possibly quite a few subscribers. Thank you again for great content and excellent blogging Sly.

The small gym in "The Room" was one of the rare gyms during Covid who could used because they are "open" on each side if you want, same like Muay Thai that was allowed to open during Covid. I stood in Soi 94 from Mai 2021 for 6 month in Hotel Initial for only 6400 Baht per month (covid price). Small room but okay. Is the small outddor restaurant opposit of "The Room" called "Tum Tad" still open ? There are many british guys normaly playing pool there. They have an good table. Khao Takiab is a nice spot and the Veranda Residence looks great but for me its to far away. If you stay there you need a car or a scooter. Hua Hin can be busy at the weekends when Bangkok comes for a visit :) But I still not feel good to drive a scooter in Thailand after Covid. I made my driving license in Hua Hin 2021 but there was not much traffic. Now I dont want to stay far away from the center or my favourite places. I like the bigger condos you showed us. The new "The Room" looks great. Parin Residence 2 Bed / 2 Bath also and 10000 Baht are cheap for that much space but I would change some things :) The 2nd bedroom would become my master bedroom, put the bigger bed from living area into the 2nd bedroom and remove the smaller bed from 2nd bedroom. the free spot in living room would be my computer station with a sofa behind and a TV. 555 But I'm also a bit special, I always need a desk because I always have a laptop + keyboard + mouse and sometimes a second monitor with me. my own internet is also needed because at the evening, local wifi is useless. So I need a deep table, a normal laptop table is not deep enough, otherwise the external keyboard no longer fits in front of the laptop.
